How I created AI bots to analyze the cryptomarket
Past summer I started doing some tests buying small amounts of cryptocurrencies, everything went well, but I was expending a lot of time looking at graphs, I went to sleep by watching how China was awaking buying or selling cryptos… so I needed to create something that can do that for me, a tool that tells me at any moment what is happening in the crypto-market.
So I started by coding some bots for my personal use, using Telegram (I love Telegram by the way), and I started with four different bots:
- AI Market: A bot that detects some patterns happening right now in the main cryptocurrencies, it takes into account the current volume, 24h volumen, 7 days volume and other factors, to detect coins about to raise.
- Announcements: All the coins have Twitter, and usually they use it to make announcements, so I am scanning continuously all the cryptocurrency Twitter accounts trying to find new announcements as soon as possible.
- Signals: There are hundreds of channels about signals, and a lot of discussion channels in Telegram, so I am scanning all the conversations looking for patterns that could recommend a potential coin to buy.
- People Noise: Again, in Twitter, there is a lot of discussion about cryptocurrencies, but there is also a lot of noise, this bot tries to filter the good discussions from the noise by analyzing the quality of the Twitter user, taking into account its followers, twitts, bio, etc.
I published the tool, and I created a Twitter bot (@cryptobeluga) that was giving this information for free with some delay from the current market, the Twitter went from 0 to 5K followers in less than a month, and people started to buy this as a service for them.
After this unexpected success, and speaking with some nerd friends I have, I am joining forces to launch a crypto-community with this and more tools, this time, for free, but this is going to be another chapter in this Medium.
See you soon in the crypto-community!
